Our two toilets and two bathtubs were both clogged for a week and I had tried to snake through my toilet and bathtubs, a cleanout in my garage, and a main cleanout in the driveway but no luck. I spoke to the owner Ed on the phone and shared the issue with and he immediately knew the resolution and he really broke it down how piping in a home works and even shared some background history.

Ed gave me options of what I could do and never pressured me to do anything I didn't want which I appreciated. He came over the same day and did a walkthrough my home to see what would be the best place he can start snaking. He attempted to snake both the main and finally the roof. He said that most plumbers don't snake through the roof but he said he did. It took a couple punches with the snake through the roof but he was able to fix the clog!

Ed is friendly, credible, and professional and was able to resolve our issue the same day! Thank you for all that you do and sharing your knowledge! Definitely recommend his services!

On Christmas Day our plumbing backed up, the next day we called Eddie and he said due to it was a holiday, he would do the job himself. While trying to snake from our clean out, he discovered the pipes were collapsing, he was able to get the snake through and scheduled to replace our pipes. He made this job so easy for us, he pulled the permit and did all the legwork to have the city come for inspections. During the course of waiting for the permit he came out a few times to inspect, running a camera to see exactly what he would be dealing with. He continuously communicated with us to let us know the status of the job, including bringing his crew out so they could see what would be needed. Once he began the job his crew, consisting of Juan, were always very polite and hard working. Once again Eddie informed us daily as to what would be occurring each day. We are so happy to find a plumber that is truly honest, a hard worker, with a hard working crew and has state of the art equipment to make a difficult job easy. Will definitely keep Eddie as our plumber!!!

I just called a bunch of plumbers like 10+ and after speaking to Eddie, I think he really is an honest plumber! Super nice guy, gave alot of helpful information, even though I'm out of his service area (I'm too far north closer to SF), but I really appreciate the time he took to give me advice on my sewer lateral replacement issue. He does the work, but I'm just to far away. Thank you Eddie for being such a nice and helpful human. It's rare, and refreshing!

Our washing machine started overflowing the drain and filling up the sink, eventually spilling onto the garage floor. The first plumber I called did not correctly diagnose the problem but proceeded to draw me a very nice picture of pipes and tell me that we needed to install a new plumbing system that entailed opening the wall and running pipes to the roof creating an air release or something. Oh and it will cost about 10K!!!! This wasn't my first rodeo so I thanked him and sent him on his way. Unbelievable!

I then contacted #1 Honest Plumber who sent out a very pleasant gentleman the next day. It's just a clogged drain! He snaked the drain, problem solved! Only $100! Wow!!

We've hired Honest Plumbers for multiple services, and will continue for our needs as they arise. They always give fair and reasonable pricing. They are always quick to respond especially when we have had emergencies. Eddy has always kept us in the loop about the plans and next steps. They're friendly, punctual and communicative. We had water leaking from our water heater one morning and they came first thing with a replacement and installed it by the end of the day. Over the holidays our sewage exit pipe clogged and needed to be replaced since over the years it got damaged by the big tree roots and started to deteriorate since it was really old. He kept us in the loop about the plans of when installation would happen and what our options were. He never pressured us to choose any path, just gave us the information and options and let us decide. He's knowledgeable, transparent and honest. We can't say enough great things about Eddy and his services!

Water flows out of the drain when our washer runs. Calling Eddie, he offered a reasonable price and next morning fix. Arrived on time, had a great quick fix along with a good chat. Called 5 pm and had plumber come 8 am next morning to look at a leaking pipe in my ceiling. Plumber looked at the leak and informed me he didn't have the equipment to repair pipe and referred me to another plumbing company. Was not charged for visit. I appreciated the fast response, the honest inspection and helpfulness in finding me someone to fix my issue.
