What can I say that hasn't been mentioned on here already? I called a few days and spoke to Eddie about the plumbing work I needed to be done in my laundry room. The house was built in the 1950s and the plumbing valve that connects to my washer is original. I needed to upgrade the valve since I did not want to have any issues with the new washer I was going to purchase. Once I mentioned the area I lived in, he was very knowledgeable of the history of this neighborhood and plumbing. He wanted to quote me out accurately and recommend to come to the house to check out the scope of work. We settled on a day/time and informed me he would send out Simon to provide the quote and do the work if I accepted. The estimate was free.

Simon came today and I couldn't have been happier with the level of service and work. After Simon was done with the initial project I had him start another project on my checklist. He upgraded my main shut off valve and was done in 30 minutes. He mentioned he had been doing plumbing for over 20 years and his experience shows.

Before I gave the green light for work to be done, Simon walked me through the process, gave me options, and answered all my questions.

Feels great to know I now have a go-to plumbing company for as long as I live in this area.

When I had a plumbing emergency, i called Eddie because of all of the 5 star reviews. I was so glad I did when he was able to come over immediately, and then he and his partner fixed the problem promptly. He was expert, efficient, effective. He and his team are knowledgeable and of course, honest. The team wore masks and were very considerate of the property.

If I could give more stars, I would. I highly recommend Eddy and team as the #1 plumber in the area as well as the #1 honest plumber.

I had another plumbing problem at my house so I contacted Eddie again.
This time, my bathtub clogged and I told Eddie that he couldn't snake through the overflow plate because the stopper in my bathtub was stuck. Eddie quickly identified the problem over the phone. It was very amazing because a plumber came to my house years ago and he said my contractor installed the faucet wrong. My bathtub had a slow throw for years but I could still use it. It was very inconvenience. This time, Simon came over and help. He is very friendly and professional. He explained all the alternatives to us. Long story short, he UNCLOGGED the bathtub. I am very very happy because I thought I need to remodel the entire bathroom. THANK YOU, Simon. You are awesome! #1 Honest Plumber is #1.

I phoned on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Eddie. After describing my problem, he told me he wouldn't be able to come out until probably Tuesday and was honest enough to recommend a solution to my problem in order to save me time/money. That was already a plus! Then that evening, I received a call from Eddie telling me he was available to come out the following morning so I said YES! Eddie came out next morning and worked his magic and in nomore than an hour the job was done. What I thought was going to be a big job turned out to be a little one. I felt very comfortable with Eddie. He was very professional. Took off his shoes entering the house, sprayed disinfectant spray on all surfaces he touched before leaving the work area and did a thorough examination/test of the main line in front/back of the house to make sure the clog was completely cleared. I would definitely recommend #1 Honest Plumber. Very professional/honest/friendly. Can't ask for more than that!

Eddie and his team is great. When my bathroom backed up, I have tried to call a couple of plumbers, some come with extremely high quote without even try to help with the situation first, some simply can't help us because our house has no ""Clean out"". Eddie was very responsive, he come the next morning to ""get us out of the emergency state"". He snaked the pipe, gave us couple of options to long term fix the problem as our house is the older home without the clean out. His price is reasonable, he and crew come on time as they promised, they did a professional and clean job. He even cleaned our kitchen line for free. Despite COVID and the city clerk was very hard to reach, Eddie and team still managed to finished job the day before Thanksgiving so we can have our home back to order for the holidays. I am very happy that I found my go to guy for plumbing job (hopefully I never needed it now Eddie fixed the problem).

I never expected too much for the assigned work by my home warranty company- however- they are super professional and friendly and helpful and doing great job and helped me to fix the problem perfectly. Because they are so true so good, I am more than willing to share my experience: 1 Bo called me before he departed providing ETA; 2. He and Mike came with mask on and shoes covered- clean and considerate; 3. They inspected the problem and resolved the first one and also provided suggestion to avoid things happen again. 4 After fixing the first issue, Bo and Mike helped to replaced the tube and it was super fast! 5. after that they cleaned everything, 6 before they left they td me it was free ( $75 onetime services fee was charged in advance,only!) and said goodbye. very very friendly and helpful - 100% recommendation of Bo and Mike.

We called them on a Saturday about a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. They came out on Sunday morning and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable.

True to his business' name, Eddy was extremely honest and straightforward with us.
The issue that we were facing was related to water clogging everywhere in our house, in all 3 of our bathrooms, in the toilets etc and it was clear there was some issue with the drainage. We took quotes from many plumbers and were quoted as high as $400. Some of the plumbers even charged money for ""diagnosis"" so if we end up not choosing them we are still paying them for telling us what is wrong! Personally that is a rip off, but Eddy came and diagnosed our problem for FREE! And you know what he told us? That we don't need a plumber, we need to call the city of Santa Clara to deal with the issue since the tree on our property is likely the root cause. So we called the city and they unclogged our sewers for FREE and Eddy gave this advice for FREE !! Unheard of in today's world.

Eddie lived up to his name, the Honest Plumber! He's also a good Samaritan. After sending a quote request via Yelp, he showed up the same day to retrieve a diamond earring from a sink drain. And charged me nothing! He was very professional and VERY nice. I have a couple of small maintenance jobs that he's providing a quote for - I will definitely give Eddie my business in the future.
