Working with Eddie has been great. We needed to replace our sewer pipes and Eddie was professional and patient and walked us through the whole process. Midway through the process, our main water line broke which had nothing to do with the sewer pipe replacement, though we didn't know it at the time. Still Eddie came out and diagnosed the problem and helped us contact the city to get it fixed. Finally, he came out to finish the job on XMas eve because that was the only day where there as a 6 hour window without rain because he needed to repave some concrete. He did all this while remaining cheerful, professional, and informative. Highly recommended.

Simon came out on time and fixed a problem with our toilet. He replaced the bolts and resealed it. He did an excellent job. He clearly knew what he was doing, and wasted no time in competing the job. He was also careful to not make a mess, and he cleaned up beautifullyl. They are not cheap, but you pay a premium for great work, and that is what I got.

I live in an old house with ongoing plumbing issues and had given up on finding a reliable plumber that wasn't extremely expensive...until I found Ed. He is prompt, reliable, knows his stuff and I honestly think he's fantastic. Fixed my bathroom problem, my kitchen (including a garbage disposal) and snaked all of my decrepit pipes without causing damage to my very old pipes. Truly a godsend. I recommend him highly! You simply cannot find another plumber as good as him.

Quick callback from Eddie to discuss the plumbing issue over the phone. He provided his honest feedback of the work, expectation and pricing. We set up the earliest appointment available for next morning. Simon showed up ontime and was very professional. He made his initial assessment of the damage and discussed the recommendations. Once he removed the toilet and snaked the drainage, clog was cleared. We did not actually have to cut through the ceiling as the damage was not as bad as we initially thought. Simon finished the Job in less than 2 hours and left the area cleaned. Very happy with Eddie and Simon and will highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Eddy, our pipes were clogged completely and water heater wasn't working. We brought few other plumbers before him and none of them could fix it, he came urgently in the middle of his busy schedule at a weird night time, explained very clearly what was going on and in 30 minutes fixed it with a short term solution. Through the inspection with his small cameras he also pinpointed the problem and came later on to fix that for a long term solution. He delivers what he promises. And on top of it, he charged way less than any of the other plumbers or quote that we got. He is amazing!

I contacted Eddie twice recently. In October, the drain pipe for the kitchen sink broke, I called several plumbers who were all busy, and told me no one they can recommend to do the job when I asked. I found #1 Honest Plumber from Yelp, Eddie was busy, but gave me a name of another plumber who came to fix my problems the same day. In November, while I was away, we had a very slow-flow toilet. After pouring, pumping, etc, he removed the toilet seat, and found roots blocking the intake. I called Eddie, who suggested ways to handle this before he showed up when I came back. Eddie was here today with his heavy duty snake, and told me due to the way my 50 years old house was constructed, a camera scanning in the pipe is a waste of money as suggested by others (He did bring the camera as we discussed on the phone). His charge is very reasonable, and very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what we should do. Eddie is the best!

Eddy is extremely helpful. We got his help even on a Sunday. Our house was covered by a home warranty but the contractor they assigned was extremely unprofessional and didn't what he was doing, and even gave us a quote of over $1000 to fix a simple issue.
