We are excited to share the Grand Opening of our new location, 1-800-Plumber + Air Pacific Northwest. Chris Nguyen, along with his expert team, will provide services in the Portland, Oregon region. They will deliver plumbing solutions, as well as heating and cooling services, starting March 2, 2020.

Chris comes to 1-800-Plumber with over two decades of management expertise. He started his career managing maintenance operations for student and conventional multi-family properties in the Southeastern US, where he developed skills in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. Additionally, he directed leasing, marketing, and management efforts for multiple LIHTC and conventional communities.

In 2008, Chris became involved in retail property management at DDR Corp., overseeing a varied portfolio aimed at boosting net operating income (NOI) through targeted operational and marketing enhancements for top lifestyle and specialty centers in Chicago and Miami/Fort Lauderdale. Most recently, he held the role of Director of Operations at a real estate development company in Portland, Oregon, where he was responsible for operations, maintenance, management, marketing, and sales outcomes.
