We are pleased to inform you about the Grand Opening of our latest location, 1-800-Plumber + Air Pacific Northwest. Chris Nguyen and his elite team will be offering services to the Portland, Oregon community. Starting on March 2, 2020, they will provide plumbing and HVAC services.

Chris comes to 1-800-Plumber with over two decades of management expertise. He started his career managing maintenance operations for student and conventional multi-family properties in the Southeastern US, gaining valuable experience in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades. Additionally, he directed leasing, marketing, and management efforts for multiple LIHTC and conventional communities.

In 2008, Chris became involved in retail property management at DDR Corp., where he managed a diverse portfolio, focusing on enhancing net operating income (NOI) through strategic improvements in operations and marketing for premier lifestyle and specialty centers in Chicago and Miami/Fort Lauderdale. He most recently worked as the Director of Operations for a real estate development firm in Portland, Oregon, where he managed operations, maintenance, management, marketing, and sales performance.
