We are thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of our new branch, 1-800-Plumber + Air Pacific Northwest. Chris Nguyen and his elite team will be offering services to the Portland, Oregon community. Beginning March 2, 2020, they will offer plumbing, heating, and cooling services.

With more than 20 years of business management experience, Chris joins 1-800-Plumber. His career began in the Southeastern US, where he managed maintenance for student and conventional multi-family developments, where he developed skills in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. Additionally, he directed leasing, marketing, and management efforts for multiple LIHTC and conventional communities.

In 2008, Chris transitioned to retail property management by joining DDR Corp., overseeing a varied portfolio aimed at boosting net operating income (NOI) through targeted operational and marketing enhancements for top lifestyle and specialty centers in Chicago and Miami/Fort Lauderdale. He most recently worked as the Director of Operations for a real estate development firm in Portland, Oregon, overseeing operations, maintenance, management, marketing, and sales performance.
