We are excited to share the Grand Opening of our new location, 1-800-Plumber + Air Pacific Northwest. Chris Nguyen and his elite team will be offering services to the Portland, Oregon community. Starting on March 2, 2020, they will provide plumbing and HVAC services.

With more than 20 years of business management experience, Chris joins 1-800-Plumber. His career began in the Southeastern US, where he managed maintenance for student and conventional multi-family developments, where he developed skills in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. He also managed leasing, marketing, and operations for several LIHTC and conventional housing projects.

In 2008, Chris became involved in retail property management at DDR Corp., overseeing a varied portfolio aimed at boosting net operating income (NOI) through targeted operational and marketing enhancements for top lifestyle and specialty centers in Chicago and Miami/Fort Lauderdale. Most recently, Chris served as the Director of Operations for a real estate development firm in Portland, Oregon, where he managed operations, maintenance, management, marketing, and sales performance.
