They started their operations at 1111 Stout Street in the heart of Denver. The company moved to 7821 West Colfax Avenue in Lakewood in 1952 due to growth.
The company relocated again in 1962 to a new facility at 1365 Harlan Street. Prior to this, the emphasis was mainly on heating and sheet metal services. In 1965, the company purchased property at 1370 Harlan Street, directly across the street. A metal warehouse and a small office were established on this site in 1966. We kept expanding our product offerings and increasing our workforce. Reed serves as the Manager of George T. Sanders Company.
