I’ve been in the plumbing industry for over 20 years. I began by digging ditches, progressed to working in a van, and completed a 3-year apprenticeship before I could run my own van. I collaborated with my cousin to build his plumbing business, spending 10 years there until Covid hit. I later worked for a major plumbing company but discovered their rates were unaffordable for typical homeowners, which led me to start my own business to provide a better option for customers.
