Nick began in the year 1998 after his service in the US Marines as a Corporal. Since then, he has worked with prominent domestic and business plumbing firms in the state of Oregon, Utah, Idaho, prior to establishing himself in Washington.

Although he has a diverse skill set in performing plumbing projects of different sizes and scopes, his expertise lies in domestic and commercial drain cleaning.

While Nick's primary role is to mentor Compass employees and provide oversight for projects, he often finds himself the urge to clear main sewer lines, cable clogged drains, and carry out the tasks himself when time allows.
