I’ve been in the plumbing industry for over 20 years. I kicked off my career digging ditches, then transitioned to working in a van, and trained for 3 years as an apprentice until I was ready to manage my own van. I worked alongside my cousin to develop his plumbing company, spending 10 years there until Covid hit. After that, I worked for a big plumbing company but realized their costs were too steep for most homeowners, which led me to start my own business to provide a better option for customers.
