Beginning my journey in construction and progressing through plumbing and waterworks has equipped me with a diverse skill set that I've expanded over the years. My goal was to step outside the ordinary and establish a venture alongside my sons. Thus, Davis & Sons Handyman Co was born. Building alongside my sons has always been a deep-seated passion of mine. I aim to impart the knowledge I've gained over a lifetime, while also instilling the importance of hard work from my experiences in frac, and upholding the values I learned as an Eagle Scout. These traits and values are what I hope to foster as we work together as a unit. After a long career in diverse labor jobs, starting with construction and evolving into plumbing and waterworks, I wanted to create something meaningful with my sons. Thus, Davis & Sons Handyman Co was established. As a father-son team, we tackle projects and support the community we belong to. Recognizing the importance of hard work from my frac background and upholding the standards I learned as an Eagle Scout, I look forward to collaborating with the PNW community to help them achieve their repair and assembly goals.

Hi there, I’m Steve Schneider. After 30 years in the excavation field, I have dedicated the last decade to septic design and waste-water management. I provide design and installation services within a 60-mile radius of Spokane. On my website, I’ve compiled valuable information to enhance your understanding of septic systems.
1st Gravity System: This system is the least expensive option available. A potential drawback is the need for 4 to 6 feet of usable soil.
Next, we have the Pressure Drain Field: This system utilizes a pump to evenly distribute effluent across the drain field. This system necessitates 3 feet or more of usable soil.
The third option is the Drip System: This system employs a pump and a drip line like those used in garden irrigation. You’ll need at least 30 inches of suitable soil for this system.
The fourth option is the Pre-treated Drip System: This system necessitates a unit that pre-treats the effluent before it is introduced to the soil. You’ll need at least 24 inches of suitable soil for this system.
The last option is the Pre-treated Drip Mound System: This system integrates the pre-treated drip system with unique imported soil arranged in a mound. It can function with as little as 12 inches of soil.
