In 1947, fuel oil was added to the product line and subsequently included LP gas. We discontinued coal sales in 1967.
After the death of Glenn Jr. in 1974, Fred Jackman took sole ownership of Jackman's. He managed the company until his retirement in February 1995, at which point he sold the business to his sons, Paul and Peter. On July 16, 2018, Paul and Peter sold the company to Timothy Bouvier and his wife, Kristine Evarts Bouvier. Tim began his journey with the company in 1999.
