Randy Kelley acquired the business in March 2012. Randy secured the assets of Avery Air, a firm functioning since 1957, from bankruptcy in March 2013. He acquired SA Specialties of Dallas in October 2013.

In March 2012, Randy acquired the firm. Randy grew the firm by over 52% each year in 2012 and 2013, now having more than 80 team members.
