Bob Dolton established this firm in 1965. In 1981, Bob passed on the business to a collective involved with Unique Indoor Comfort. Hamilton Air Mart was purchased by Unique in 1986, facilitating further growth. Hamilton stayed a distinct business until 1998, when it merged with the other company. In 2003, the business opted to become part of a franchise and modified its title.

The business was acquired by Randy Kelley in March 2012. Randy acquired the assets of Avery Air, a company running since 1957, from bankruptcy in March 2013. In October 2013, he acquired SA Specialties of Dallas.

The 10-year contract with the franchise network expired in January 2014, leading the business to decide for a different direction. This is when On Time Experts was founded. This also enables the firm to offer various home offerings in the long run.

Randy was appointed Service Manager in 1988. In this capacity, he managed phone calls, organized service calls, assigned technicians, acquired parts and equipment, organized inventory, processed daily paperwork, and revised Service Agreements.

In 1995, Randy was elevated to President/General Manager. In this capacity, he managed daily operations, increasing the firm from 10 employees to 30 by the time he purchased the company.

Randy took over the firm in March 2012. In 2012 and 2013, Randy grew the business by over 52% each year, now having more than 80 team members.
