After contributing to a growth from $4 million to $14 million in 11 years, he transitioned to The Texas Medical Center. He held the position of head of Building Operations overseeing three buildings. He partnered with FEMA following Tropical Storm Allison to restore extensively damaged buildings, completing the project $1 million under budget. While he worked part-time as a handyman, constructing decks and room additions, the demand for his skills prompted him to transition to full-time work in 2004. For the last 20 years, we have appreciated the opportunity to work in the Lake Livingston region.
