In the last decade, I served as a manager for a multi-million-dollar company, managing all administrative tasks. During this time, I acquired understanding into the business side of a company.
Combining my experience in both the labor side and the business side, I decided to start my own company and restore quality, integrity, trust, and value to the industry.
I started working in construction on weekends, assisting on roofs with my family. Upon finishing high school, I joined a commercial contractor as a worker, moving drywall.
A few years later, I saw a job listing in the paper for carpenters, no experience needed. Although I was fine with carrying drywall, I wanted to expand my knowledge in the building industry. So, I applied and secured the job. While working at Elk Head Construction, I mastered framing walls, drywall installation, taping drywall, installing doors, soundproof ceiling installation, and various tasks in carpentry.
Several years later, I chose to explore something new, so I worked with an independent contractor for tile installation of ceramic and vinyl floor and wall tile. We also handled windows and vinyl siding on residential properties.
