Garry Floeter has spent much of his life in the field of the HVAC industry, and it is a modest statement. As a child, Garry was introduced to the business while helping out at his father's refrigeration business. Today, he is the head of a prominent and most successful HVAC and mechanical contracting firms in the Middle Tennessee region.

He spent his childhood in Nashville. He began his work life at 12 years of age hauling his dad's tools. He graduated from the now-defunct Hume-Fogg Vocational Technical High School, where he graduated as class valedictorian and additionally acting as the State President of the Vocational and Industrial Clubs of America.
