In 1988, I founded Higdon Service because I saw a gap for trustworthy HVAC and plumbing services in our area. Many businesses focused on profits rather than serving people, taking shortcuts and upselling rather than genuinely assisting customers. I wanted to change that.

I always strive to repair issues rather than charging excessively for replacements.
