As time passed, the proprietor, Tyler, grew the company and ventured into multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. Following nearly a decade of prosperity in Colorado, Tyler relocated the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even though the company has relocated, the fundamentals have continued the same: Transparency, Reliability, Consistency.

Tyler Calhoun embarked on his path in the home services industry nearly 15 years ago as a facility upkeep technician for several apartment complexes. Although most of the work was regular, this experience prepared Tyler with the knowledge to learn more about the field and tackle increasingly difficult jobs and master different trades. After several years of property maintenance and finishing high school, Tyler decided to embark on a new chapter as a entrepreneur.
