During 1995, DeVon founded a separate firm in Canton called ""Groff's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc."" DeVon welcomed two associates to team up with him: a skilled technician from Lancaster, and a former pastor from Canton. Laverne served as the head technician for the business until his unexpected loss in 2007 due to a devastating heart attack. After seven years, DeVon opted to dedicate himself solely on the Lancaster business and divested his stake in the Canton firm to his other partner, Jason Denlinger. It has been renamed ""Solaire Home Comfort"" and works in close partnership with ""Solaire Energy"", a energy efficiency business operated by Pamela Denlinger. The company merges a rich and proven legacy in the region with a modern along with progressive approach to the business.
He continues to be with the firm since the beginning, in 1995. He entered as a sales representative. Over the years, he has now become the only owner. Jason continues to be constantly on hand to assist our customers by giving them guidance, a quote, or in any further way he can.
