By 1980, Ronald mentored his heir, his son Steven, instilling in him the knowledge needed to lead the company. By 1986, the business location moved to 354 A Street. By 1990, Jones Plumbing was established as Jones Plumbing, Incorporated. By 1993, to enhance customer service, Steven recruited his brother, Ronald M., as the operations manager. In 1995, with growth, it was essential for facilities to grow. A new business complex was established to include more shop area, offices, and a modern display area. By 2001, he took ownership of the company, upholding the family legacy into the 21st Century. By 2012, Jason Wetzel became the owner of Jones Plumbing Inc.. The display area was updated and additional options were made available to our customers. The year 1995, he graduated with an accolade in educational technology. Steven hired Jason at the company as an apprentice plumber. The year 1996, he married Melanie and went to Valley Forge Christian College to become a minister while his wife completed her early education degree. By 1998, they moved back to Carlisle, PA and Jason was rehired the company. Following more education, the technician moved up to a service technician. In 2000, they along with their two-year-old daughter, moved to Millersburg, PA to serve as part-time youth ministers while continuing part-time plumbing work. The year 2001, the entrepreneur started his own renovation firm, his contracting business in Millersburg, PA while still involved in the ministry. In 2003, Jason and Melanie purchased a property in Carlisle and moved back with their kids, Caleb and Bethany. In 2012, he took over Jones Plumbing Inc. while upholding his remodeling company.
