By 1980, he trained his child, his son Steven, instilling in him the knowledge needed to take over the business. In 1986, the headquarters relocated to the present location. In 1990, the company was officially recognized as Jones Plumbing, Incorporated. By 1993, to enhance customer service, the owner brought on his sibling, Ronald M., as the operations manager.
