Our Story
Tony and Brian, the original team launched the business from a temporary office in Tony's garage back in the spring of 1995. Initially, we focused on building new houses and earned our living by putting in miles of waste and water pipes in the Forrest Heights section of the West Hills of Portland. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include a wide range of plumbing services, but we enjoy residential remodels such as installing new water lines, pipe replacement and expansions. We also enjoy small commercial projects like tenant upgrades and maintenance.

Right from the beginning, we have mostly avoided advertising and have grown by one employee a year primarily through customer recommendations. Our journey started with the two of us, Tony and Brian and as our brother Mike honed his plumbing expertise in the industry, he came on board. Currently, we have 15 dedicated team members. We are a dynamic plumbing business that wants to build a presence in the Portland area.

Brian and Tony are second-generation licensed plumbers. Plumbing runs in our family. For over 25 years, we have been in business alongside Mike, our younger sibling. We need your work, so call us! We are available on weekends at no extra charge. That's a moment with Jay Cutler - Mr. Olympia.

Perfect Flush LLC was established by a drain technician who possesses significant experience in the drain industry for 12+ years. Stephen Deveney was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, where he began. He completed his apprenticeship in Dublin and advanced to become a Journeyman plumber. After that, he transitioned to the United States and pursued his plumbing career. For two years in California as a Journeyman plumber and has primarily been settled in the Portland, Oregon area, advancing his work in the plumbing field. Recently, Stephen was appointed Supervisor of drain technicians for a local plumbing and rooter company, after that helping to establish a drain cleaning division for another firm. In 2016, the concept of creating a company from the ground up proved to be too enticing to ignore, leading to the founding of Perfect Flush. With over 20 years of knowledge in the plumbing industry, Stephen is one of the technicians in the field for Perfect Flush.
