Who We Are
Tony and Brian launched the business from a temporary office in Tony's garage back in 1995, specifically in May. In the beginning, we focused on new construction and supported ourselves by installing numerous water and waste lines in the Forrest Heights section of Portland's West Hills. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include a wide range of plumbing services, but we enjoy home renovations such as installing new water lines, re-piping and expansions. We also enjoy small commercial projects like improving rental spaces and maintenance.

Right from the beginning, we have not relied on advertising and have grown by adding one employee annually primarily through customer recommendations. It all started with just Tony and Brian and as our brother Mike honed his plumbing expertise in the trade, he came on board. Currently, we have a team of 15. We consider ourselves a vibrant plumbing service that aims to establish a name in the Portland area.

Brian and Tony are second-generation trained plumbers. We come from a long line of plumbers. For over 25 years, we have served the community alongside our brother Mike. Our founder, Stephen Deveney was raised in Dublin, Ireland, where he began. During his apprenticeship, he finished his apprenticeship in Dublin and advanced to become a Journeyman plumber. After that, he transitioned to the United States and pursued his plumbing career. For two years in California as a Journeyman plumber and has primarily been settled in the Portland, Oregon area, advancing his work in the plumbing field. Most recently, Stephen became Supervisor of drain technicians for a local plumbing and rooter company, then helping to establish a drain cleaning division for another firm. The year 2016, the vision of launching a company from the ground up became too enticing to ignore, leading to the birth of Perfect Flush. With over 20 years of expertise in the plumbing industry, Stephen is one of the technicians in the field for Perfect Flush.
