Growing up in the Tri Cities, Scott Bird spent his youth working on a farm alongside his dad until he was 19. After finishing high school, he chose to embark on a two-year mission for his church in Germany. After returning, he attended Ricks College, now BYUI, where he met his future wife Jody, and they tied the knot in 1983.

We launched our business back in January of 2012. At present, we average between two and three service requests per day after a year and a half in operation. We strive for around five to six service requests each day or more. We are fortunate to have Craigslist as our main marketing tool, but we are also seeing more referrals from past customers and found alternative advertising methods. The outlook is promising!
Steve entered the plumbing field as a drain cleaning technician in the 1970s. Throughout the last 38 years, he has progressed throughout the plumbing industry and attained the designation of Master Journeyman in the 90s. A few years back, economic conditions worsened and at the same time, Steve grew weary of working for someone else. He chose to establish his own plumbing firm and eventually build a more fulfilling career while mentoring his son to pursue a similar career. Running a company is a true representation of the pursuit of the American Dream.
