In addition, Paul serves as President of a local real estate investment firm, Provident Group, LLC, which focuses on purchasing, renovating, renting, and selling historic homes and apartment buildings in the Akron area. One of the properties, an exquisite Swiss Chalet style home constructed in 1903, is included on the National Register.

By merging his knowledge of historic home renovation with expertise in steam and hot water heating, Paul offers a distinctive service to homeowners in the greater Akron area.
