In 1928, the Schneller family launched this business, the original proprietors were Rudy and Jean Schneller. The company was bought by Kris Knochelmann in 2011. Kris entered the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning sector during his high school years. In 1997, he purchased Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air with his brothers and brother-in-law. In 2001, they transferred ownership of that business to Service Experts, a national chain under Lennox. When Kris's job was cut in 2011, he chose to purchase Schneller. In 1991, Kris Knochelmann completed his accounting degree at Xavier University after graduating from Covington Latin School. Both Kris and Lisa are involved in their church, St. Joseph of Crescent Springs, participating in various committees and councils.
