Eddie spent his youth in Little Hocking, following in the footsteps of those before him. He had ambitions of owning a business as a child. With a father who was a plumber, he learned important skills that would serve him well. Eddie pursued further education in computers, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment. His career included jobs with the Electricians Union and Hobart Sales and Service. He eventually transitioned to Minneapolis, MN, to work at Hobart Corporate, bringing his wife and baby along. After a year away from his roots and learning he would soon be a father again, he decided to return to Little Hocking and launch his own business. With the support of dedicated employees and loyal customers, he has built a thriving business with multiple locations. He has never wavered from his core principles: Family, Trust, Communication, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement.
