Eddie grew up in the Little Hocking area, just like many before him. He dreamed of entrepreneurship from an early age. With a father who was a plumber, he learned important skills that would serve him well. Eddie pursued further education in computers, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment. He worked in several roles, including with the Electricians Union and Hobart Sales and Service. He eventually transitioned to Minneapolis, MN, to work at Hobart Corporate, bringing his wife and baby along. After a year in Minneapolis and finding out he was going to be a father again, he opted to return to Little Hocking to establish his own company. With the help of great staff and fantastic customers, he has grown a prosperous business with multiple sites.
