Established by Homer Potter in 1944, Potter Heating began as a one-man operation in Fayetteville. Over the years, the company expanded and relocated multiple times. In 1981, after successfully managing the company for 37 years and facing health challenges, Homer sold the business to its current owners, M. Suzanne and David Kondra. Homer continued to play an active role in the business until he passed away in 1986.

Along with the high quality of its Bryant equipment, Potter also produces much of the ductwork for its installations. This custom fabrication results in a more polished and tighter end product that promises long-lasting reliability and durability, boosting efficiency and comfort for all users.
