Consequently, Deacon and Robert revived the family business from the ashes of the company that had served many families for over three decades. We have consistently been a successful business, providing jobs, serving the community, and leading in customer service and quality, and it looks like CNY could use the success, hope, and quality we bring.

I began my journey in a plumbing truck at 12 years old, and by 18, I was driving my own truck for the business. As life unfolded, I thought I would venture out to seek my fortune away from the family business. Similar to the prodigal son, I could return to my father's business in AZ whenever I needed employment. That all transformed in 2017 when he got sick, and the business he created as a family legacy began to disintegrate. I tried to assist, but by then, my wife and I were managing a small farm and raising five children in Hartwick, NY. Due to my father's illness and my mother's declining health, I moved them both to NY to support them. During that time, our farm business encountered difficulties, and feeling lost, I started working for a well-known plumbing company in TN. In my first month, I became the top-grossing technician; my father had trained me well. I realized then that my purpose was to restore his business, and together we are doing just that. The Phoenix is our company’s symbol for this reason.
