Deacon relocated Robert and Nancy to NY for better care, and miraculously, Robert recovered. As a result, Deacon and Robert restarted the family business from the remnants of the company that had supported numerous families for more than 30 years. We have consistently been a successful business, providing jobs, serving the community, and leading in customer service and quality, and it looks like CNY could use the success, hope, and quality we bring.

I began my journey in a plumbing truck at 12 years old, and by 18, I was driving my own truck for the business. As life took its course, I thought I would pursue my fortune away from the family business. Similar to the prodigal son, I could return to my father's business in AZ whenever I needed employment. That all transformed in 2017 when he got sick, and the business he created as a family legacy began to disintegrate. I tried to assist, but by then, my wife and I were managing a small farm and raising five children in Hartwick, NY. Because of my father's health issues and my mother's poor condition, I relocated them both to NY to care for them. In that time, our farm business took some hits, and unsure where to go, I found a job with a nationally recognized plumbing company in TN. In my first month, I was the highest-earning technician; my father had prepared me well. I recognized at that moment that my goal was to revive his business, and we are achieving that together. The Phoenix is our company’s symbol for this reason.
