In 1986, she was the sole woman to finish a mentorship program at the Syracuse Builder's Exchange for women and minorities. She continues to cherish her mentorship relationship 22 years later. Additionally, Suzanne studied for and obtained her heating license, being one of only two women in CNY with this certification. She listens to and learns from her team every day.
