In my youth, I had the fortune of being introduced to plumbing through my two uncles, each of whom owned their own plumbing and heating businesses. Back then, I didn’t recognize the value of the opportunity and considered the trade “too grimy,” but my initial disdain gradually transformed into fascination. I had a strong desire to learn, and soon I made significant strides as a plumbing mechanic. Even with my abilities, I didn’t fully comprehend why things functioned as they did. My uncles taught me how to repair and replace, but whenever something was out of the ordinary, I was utterly confused! Nonetheless, I desired more than this basic understanding, so I dedicated myself to learning the science and history of plumbing! Following a conflict with a supervisor, I opted to go into business for myself, which set the stage for my aspirations to come to life! From that point on, I have had the opportunity to pass on my skills to my two younger brothers and witness their success too!

During my early years, I was consistently told I was smart or gifted, which led me to believe I was meant to build something larger than life.
