R. Fioretti Plumbing and Heating was founded in 1981 in West Orange, NJ, by Rick Fioretti. After graduating high school, Rick started his plumbing career with his neighbor's father, who ran a similar family-owned plumbing company. After that, he gained experience with another plumbing company operated by two brothers. All of these people are still active in the plumbing industry, which speaks to their continued success. In 1981, after receiving his NJ master plumber's license, Rick ventured out on his own and has been successful ever since. More than thirty years and four children later, he relocated to Sparta, NJ, in 1994, while still servicing Morris and Essex counties and branching into Sussex County. In 2017, as two of his three sons joined the family business, we rebranded to R. Fioretti & Sons, continuing our tradition of quality work under a new name.

I (Daniel, the youngest of the three sons) began working for the company in 2003 as a high school junior during the summer. After finishing high school in 2004, I found that I couldn't picture myself doing anything else. Though I had options like becoming a professional athlete, doctor, or lawyer, the rewarding aspects of plumbing hooked me. In 2009, my brother Michael decided to join me in the plumbing business. Who knows, maybe one day the oldest brother will trade his engineering degree for a plumbing career. Now at 31, I am focused on modernizing and expanding the business for the 21st century. I gained knowledge from the best technicians, and Michael did too (even though he’s not my twin). As a proud father of a little girl, I can assure you that Rick will gladly share her photos if you hire us and he’s available... I promise! Steve applied the knowledge he gained there to work for one of the nation's leading propane providers. During his tenure, Steve made a name for himself in the field. While working there, he obtained his HVACR license and purchased his company. He worked diligently to his employer while building his own business. In April 2016, Steve left his job to operate his business on a full-time basis.
