Roy graduated from the Denver Institute of Technology in 1977 and came back to Artesia to introduce HVAC services to the company. In 1997, the business became incorporated as Crouch Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., with Roy Crouch taking on the role of President. In 2007, Roy and Dianna Crouch finalized the purchase of the business. During his college years, their son KC worked for the company during spring and summer breaks. Four generations of the Crouch family have worked at Crouch Plumbing.
The ownership of Crouch Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. lies with Roy and Dianna Crouch. Roy's journey began in high school when he worked for his dad. After graduating from the Denver Institute of Technology, he took charge of the HVAC service division. He assumed the roles of President and stockholder in 1997. In 2007, he successfully completed the purchase of the business. Finding solutions to help others is something Roy enjoys. He also relishes the challenges presented by the construction industry. As a licensed contractor, Roy leads Crouch P.H.A.C., Inc., which often acts as a subcontractor for HVAC and plumbing in commercial builds and new homes in Eddy County.
