In 1952, Bryant Air Conditioning & Heating Company was founded by Fred R. 'Bob' Sikyta as a two-person venture. Bob Sikyta retired in October 2004, transferring ownership to his employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Sadly, Fred R. 'Bob' Sikyta passed away on August 13, 2006.
