In 1995, Surgi's altered ownership and is now owned by Craig and Debra Johnson. Mr. Johnson has a Mechanical Contractors license for the Louisiana as well as all Orleans Parish, Jefferson County, St. Bernard Parish, St. Tammany, St. John Parish, and St. Charles Parish certifications. He, along with his wife Debra and their two children, Evan and Rachael Johnson, reside in the New Orleans region.
