Steve gained a great deal about the plumbing and HVAC industry from his father, Ralph. Ralph owned Waldo Plumbing & Heating and then acquired Neal Harris Heating, AC & Plumbing in the year 1982 when it was a single-truck operation with a couple of employees. Steve vowed to enhance the company to new standards by providing superior service with “Experts You Can Trust with Your Home.”
