The inception of Bob's Rooter Service was established by Bob Trowbridge in the year 2000. Brett, Bob's son, joined him over the summer after school hours from the start and is currently a full-time team member with Bob's Rooter. Bob's journey into the construction trades started following his parents bought Land Hardware in the historic Northeast area of Kansas City situated at St John and Hardesty for a period of ten years. The hardware store was eventually sold in 1988 when Bob's parents decided to retire. Following that, Bob became a branch manager at Evergreen Lawn Care located in Grandview, MO, which was later acquired by Barefoot Lawn, causing Bob to search for new job opportunities again. In the year 1991, Bob joined as the shop manager with Reddi Services at their former location located in Turner, KS. In time, Bob shifted to working in the field at Reddi Services as a service technician and worked there until the spring of 2000 when he lost both his parents. Bob decided to start his own business and parted ways with Reddi Root'r.

At Roto Rooter, I was able to create a plumbing department from the ground up, acquiring knowledge of corporate processes and catering to a wide range of customers across the Metro area.

As I conducted plumbing training sessions for new employees at Roto Rooter, I deepened my expertise in various plumbing materials. After five years, driven by a yearning for greater independence, I co-founded Morgan Miller Plumbing with Bob Miller in 1997.
