Following five years as a Field Foreman, he moved into the office, receiving training to become an Estimator and Project Manager. In 2000, Dan was promoted to Vice President, taking responsibility for most commercial, industrial, medical, and healthcare projects. He managed all design/build projects independently. On December 28, 2012, Dan and Bob Laughlin finalized a purchase agreement, transferring sole ownership of O.J. Laughlin Plumbing Company, Inc. to Dan.
