Dan was elevated to Vice President in 2000, where he became responsible for a wide range of commercial, industrial, medical, and healthcare projects. He took full responsibility for all design/build projects. On December 28, 2012, Dan and Bob Laughlin executed a purchase agreement, giving Dan complete ownership of O.J.
