Mike Crosby, raised in the Kansas City area, completed his education at Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife Sandy have been together since high school. Mike's father-in-law, a plumber, sparked his interest in plumbing. After 4 years of schooling through Plumbers Local 8, Mike graduated with a Journeyman's License and later obtained his Master Plumber's License.

Mike trained as an apprentice at A.D. Jacobson, specializing in commercial plumbing. He then moved into residential plumbing, gaining extensive experience in the local sector. After a year working as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, an opportunity emerged for Mike to start his own company.
