From drain line repairs, demolition, and renovation, to woodwork and property maintenance, our work is anchored in reliability, skill, and transparency.

Some establish enterprises with capital. I developed mine with determination, struggles, and a gap in the flooring.

Back in 2021. I had just lost my position in the union. I was on benefits, wondering what came next. Then my young son fell through a rotted section of the flooring by my mother’s threshold. That incident didn’t just disturb me; it sparked my motivation. I didn’t call for help.
With what little I had left in my retirement fund, I bought tools and developed a plan. My first brand was Aljets Handyman Services. It evolved quickly to K&A Homeland Improvements, K&A HouseCall Solutions, and eventually, K&A HouseCall Pro Contractors, incorporated in 2024.
I’ve been buying and selling since I was a child, purchasing honey sticks for a five cents, reselling them for a quarter. My granddad and his brothers created a multimillion dollar union company from nothing, which has always inspired me to push harder.
