With over 30 years of experience, I am a state-licensed and insured master plumber specializing in a range of plumbing services. I focus on sewer and drain cleaning, sewer repairs, sewer excavation and replacement, detecting sewer problems, water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, sinks, faucets, full bathroom installations (including basements), storm drainage, catch basins, and many other plumbing issues, with 24/7 service available. We provide special discounts for senior citizens!

Most projects, such as installing ceiling fans, fitting doors, or adding new plumbing fixtures, are billed at a flat rate, especially when they are standard across different homes or do not need a site visit for an estimate.

For minor projects like repairing drywall, assembling furniture, addressing sticking doors, or diagnosing electrical problems, I generally work on an hourly basis.

The first hour is billed at $100, which is my minimum, followed by $30 for each subsequent 30 minutes.

I’m willing to start any project on an hourly basis and will provide a flat fee after seeing it in person.

Larger renovation projects, such as kitchen, bath, deck, or basement remodels, require an on-site assessment before I can provide a quote.

Keep in mind that I charge a $50 fee for this service because of rising fuel costs, which is refundable if you decide to hire me for the full project or a considerable portion of it.
