I specialize in sewer and drain cleaning, sewer repairs, sewer excavation and replacement, sewer problem detection, water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, sinks, faucets, complete bathroom installations (including basements), storm drainage, catch basins, and most other plumbing issues, offering 24/7 service. I typically charge a flat fee for most tasks like ceiling fan installations, door fittings, new plumbing fixtures, and other standard projects that are similar across homes or do not require an in-person assessment to provide a quote.

I opt for an hourly rate for smaller tasks such as drywall repairs, assembling furniture, fixing sticking doors, diagnosing electrical issues, or any project where the total time cannot be accurately estimated.

I charge $100 for the initial hour, which is my minimum fee, and $30 for each additional 30-minute increment.

I am always ready to begin any task on an hourly basis and can offer a flat rate after I evaluate it firsthand.

Before I can estimate larger remodeling projects like kitchens, bathrooms, decks, or basements, I must conduct an on-site visit.

Keep in mind that I charge a $50 fee for this service because of rising fuel costs, which is refundable if you decide to hire me for the full project or a considerable portion of it.
