We specialize in fixing your sewer and drain problems. To tackle sewer and drain backups, we follow three main steps: 1. Inspection using a cable (snake) and high-definition camera. 2. Hydro-Jetting (the latest technology). 3. Repair or replacement.

For common tasks like ceiling fan setups, door installations, and new plumbing fixtures, I usually apply a flat fee, particularly when the project is standard across homes or does not necessitate a visual inspection for bidding.

I opt for an hourly rate for smaller tasks such as drywall repairs, assembling furniture, fixing sticking doors, diagnosing electrical issues, or any project where the total time cannot be accurately estimated.

My hourly charge is $100 for the first hour, which is my minimum, and then $30 for every additional half hour.

I’m willing to start any project on an hourly basis and will provide a flat fee after seeing it in person.

For larger remodeling tasks like kitchens, bathrooms, decks, or basements, I need to visit the site before I can give an estimate.

Keep in mind that I charge a $50 fee for this service because of rising fuel costs, which is refundable if you decide to hire me for the full project or a considerable portion of it.
