Dominic serves as the general manager and group leader at Metro-Rooter. Raised in the plumbing trade, he has been on job sites since he was 13. After school, he assisted his grandfather, father, and uncles, who were also plumbers with their own business. By the age of 21, he had become a master plumber and received certifications in water and gas line installation, plus a water damage extraction license. Since 2002, Dom has been part of Metro-Rooter as a service technician, where his dedication and hard work became evident. His exceptional customer service, strong work ethic, and plumbing expertise helped him rise through the ranks. He currently holds the position of General Manager and is poised to become the District Manager. We are in the process of expanding; by summer 2019, Metro-Rooter will launch two new branches. Our east side location will be in downtown Detroit, and our north side branch will be established in Flint, Michigan.

Most projects, such as installing ceiling fans, fitting doors, or adding new plumbing fixtures, are billed at a flat rate, especially when they are standard across different homes or do not need a site visit for an estimate.

For smaller jobs like drywall fixes, furniture assembly, sticking doors, electrical troubleshooting, or any task where I can't predict the total time needed, I prefer to charge by the hour.

My hourly charge is $100 for the first hour, which is my minimum, and then $30 for every additional half hour.

I am open to starting any project on an hourly basis and can provide a flat fee once I assess it in person.

For larger remodeling tasks like kitchens, bathrooms, decks, or basements, I need to visit the site before I can give an estimate.

Keep in mind that I charge a $50 fee for this service because of rising fuel costs, which is refundable if you decide to hire me for the full project or a considerable portion of it.

I accept appointments seven days a week on a first-come, first-served basis by appointment only.
I usually schedule appointments twice daily, starting at 10 AM and again at 2 PM.
However, I can accommodate other times if available and upon request.
I can arrange projects 24/7, including nights and weekends, depending on what the customer needs.
