With over 30 years of experience, I am a state-licensed and insured master plumber specializing in a range of plumbing services. I specialize in sewer and drain cleaning, sewer repairs, sewer excavation and replacement, sewer problem detection, water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, sinks, faucets, complete bathroom installations (including basements), storm drainage, catch basins, and most other plumbing issues, offering 24/7 service. We provide special discounts for senior citizens!

Most projects, such as installing ceiling fans, fitting doors, or adding new plumbing fixtures, are billed at a flat rate, especially when they are standard across different homes or do not need a site visit for an estimate.

For smaller jobs like drywall fixes, furniture assembly, sticking doors, electrical troubleshooting, or any task where I can't predict the total time needed, I prefer to charge by the hour.

My hourly charge is $100 for the first hour, which is my minimum, and then $30 for every additional half hour.

I am always ready to begin any task on an hourly basis and can offer a flat rate after I evaluate it firsthand.

For larger remodeling tasks like kitchens, bathrooms, decks, or basements, I need to visit the site before I can give an estimate.

Keep in mind that I charge a $50 fee for this service because of rising fuel costs, which is refundable if you decide to hire me for the full project or a considerable portion of it.
