With over 30 years of experience, I am a state-licensed and insured master plumber specializing in a range of plumbing services. My specialties include sewer and drain cleaning, sewer repairs, sewer excavation and replacement, identifying sewer issues, water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, sinks, faucets, complete bathroom installations (including basements), storm drainage, catch basins, and a wide array of other plumbing challenges, all backed by 24/7 service. We provide special discounts for senior citizens!

For common tasks like ceiling fan setups, door installations, and new plumbing fixtures, I usually apply a flat fee, particularly when the project is standard across homes or does not necessitate a visual inspection for bidding.

For smaller jobs like drywall fixes, furniture assembly, sticking doors, electrical troubleshooting, or any task where I can't predict the total time needed, I prefer to charge by the hour.

I charge $100 for the initial hour, which is my minimum fee, and $30 for each additional 30-minute increment.

I am always ready to begin any task on an hourly basis and can offer a flat rate after I evaluate it firsthand.

Larger renovation projects, such as kitchen, bath, deck, or basement remodels, require an on-site assessment before I can provide a quote.

Please be aware that due to rising fuel costs, I charge a $50 fee for this service, which is refundable if you hire me for the entire project or a significant portion of it.

I take appointments seven days a week, operating on a first-come, first-served basis, by appointment only.
I generally schedule appointments two times a day, starting at 10 AM and then at 2 PM.
However, I can accommodate other times if available and upon request.
I can schedule projects 24 hours a day, including nights and weekends, based on customer needs.
