After school, he would help his grandfather, father, and uncles, all of whom were plumbers with their own business. By the age of 21, he had become a master plumber and received certifications in water and gas line installation, plus a water damage extraction license. Since 2002, Dominic has worked at Metro-Rooter as a service technician, where his commitment and effort have shone through. His exceptional customer service, strong work ethic, and plumbing expertise helped him rise through the ranks. Now serving as General Manager, he is on the path to becoming the District Manager. For common tasks like ceiling fan setups, door installations, and new plumbing fixtures, I usually apply a flat fee, particularly when the project is standard across homes or does not necessitate a visual inspection for bidding.

For smaller jobs like drywall fixes, furniture assembly, sticking doors, electrical troubleshooting, or any task where I can't predict the total time needed, I prefer to charge by the hour.

The first hour is billed at $100, which is my minimum, followed by $30 for each subsequent 30 minutes.

I am always ready to begin any task on an hourly basis and can offer a flat rate after I evaluate it firsthand.

Larger renovation projects, such as kitchen, bath, deck, or basement remodels, require an on-site assessment before I can provide a quote.

Note that I require a $50 fee for this service due to increasing fuel costs, which will be refunded if you choose to hire me for the complete project or a substantial part of it.
