At 21, he achieved master plumber status and obtained certifications in water and gas line installation, as well as a water damage extraction license. Since 2002, Dom has been part of Metro-Rooter as a service technician, where his dedication and hard work became evident. He is now the General Manager and is on track to become the District Manager. We are expanding; by summer 2019, Metro-Rooter will open two new locations. Most projects, such as installing ceiling fans, fitting doors, or adding new plumbing fixtures, are billed at a flat rate, especially when they are standard across different homes or do not need a site visit for an estimate.

I opt for an hourly rate for smaller tasks such as drywall repairs, assembling furniture, fixing sticking doors, diagnosing electrical issues, or any project where the total time cannot be accurately estimated.

My hourly charge is $100 for the first hour, which is my minimum, and then $30 for every additional half hour.

I am open to starting any project on an hourly basis and can provide a flat fee once I assess it in person.

Before I can estimate larger remodeling projects like kitchens, bathrooms, decks, or basements, I must conduct an on-site visit.

Note that I require a $50 fee for this service due to increasing fuel costs, which will be refunded if you choose to hire me for the complete project or a substantial part of it.
