He graduated from SUNY Canton with an AAS in HVAC Engineering Technology. This degree laid a solid foundation for rapid learning in the field after he began working. After college, Josh relocated to Easton, Maryland, where he gained skills and confidence with the support of his coworkers and management, eventually considering starting his own business after about a decade of experience. Today, Josh possesses a Master HVAC license and has accumulated 19 years of industry experience.
