Originally known as Eastern Shore Geothermal, Tidewater Heating & Cooling was established to meet local needs. As geothermal system installations surged, we recognized the necessity for servicing and rectifying recent setups. During our initial years, we completed many smaller jobs, slowly establishing a reputation for quality service at reasonable rates. As word spread, our projects increased in size and complexity, allowing us to grow. Joshua Arquiett hails from Brasher Falls, NY, a small town closer to Canada than New York City. Josh earned his AAS in HVAC Engineering Technology from SUNY Canton. This educational background provided him with a strong base to quickly acquire skills in the industry. After college, Josh relocated to Easton, Maryland, where he gained skills and confidence with the support of his coworkers and management, eventually considering starting his own business after about a decade of experience. Currently, Josh is a licensed Master HVAC technician with 19 years of experience in the field.
